The hotel was an easy base for enjoying a central area, right by a nice shopping center and hospital, subway/metro, and river. Great location - a few steps away from everywhere we needed. Being close to Siji Ting was nice, we had dinner there.

Clean hotel with wonderful and fantastic breakfast. Consistently courteous and supper friendly staff, recently renovated room with separately bedroom, comfy bed, a second fan. True 5-star experience, good service. The early check-in process too. Location near a many food places, Lawson, and even Wal-Mart for convenient buying of supplies, and Close to subway / metro.

Rooms were clean. The staff very nice.

The breakfast was very much geared towards Chinese business people, but the hygiene in the breakfast area did not meet the standard I expected! The advertised continental breakfast was very piteous. The coffee was miserable! The fully automatic coffee machines were not clean from the outside. Drinks at the hotel bar were overpriced! A bottle of beer cost about 9€.

Executive Room booked - the room was well equipped. Bathroom clean - I personally like the implementation of the new environmental guidelines (Reduction of Plastic Waste). Almost everything previously available in plastic packaging (toothbrush, razor etc) is no longer available. Breakfast is very extensive. Hotel near a central metro station

Taxi situation bad

The hotel had everything we needed, from spacious and clean rooms to excellent facilities. It was conveniently located right next to the subway station, making transportation easy. The staff were friendly and accommodating, providing personalized service. The breakfast spread was fantastic, offering a wide variety of options.
